Dream Girl ;o)

Right in front of my house
Wearing a skimpy skirt and a blouse
Playing with her long brown hair
I fell in love with the complexion so fair
Stood the Queen of Queens
The girl of my dreams

Taking her dog out for a walk
Looking for someone who with her would talk
Just then she looked right up to me
I wanted to ask her if that night she was free
I felt like I was fighting a bout
In front of her to open my mouth

Her body was slim, her legs were long
I felt as though to me she belonged
Time passed day after day
My love for her grew in every way
The name to you I will not tell
Just looking at whom my eyes start to smell

Today instead of a blouse and a skirt
She wore jeans and a designer shirt
Looking like a cherry pie dipped in cream
Yes, my friends, she is the girl of my dreams! ;) (Could be you.. or NOT)

This is me ;)

Memoirs of a broken heart

As I sit beside the sea,
My thoughts run far behind.
Making way in the meandering lane,
Racing with the slipping time.

As I reach the forgotten world,
I dust my memories alive.
The joy, the touch, her last kiss,
Yes, I remember all tonight.

I wonder if she can feel,
The cut of pain in my soul.
Her thoughts strike my little heart,
As ocean does the shores.

Tears trickle down my cheek,
As my breaths still whispers her name.
There is nothing I can do it seems,
For once, I do feel so vain.

Yada Yada Yada! ♥

'cause the kid in us never dies

So, enough with the philosophical journey. It is time to take a break. Sometimes I wonder while growing up do we kill the child in ourselves? Or do we really? I think the child is always there and manages to escape for a brief moment just to bring a smile to our faces. No no, like i said I am not going to start another philosophical thought here. Just the things I heard from friends over the last few weeks that brought a smile to my face a tons of time.

So this friend of mine, we'll call her SB, was telling me about the call she was on. It was one of those company bridge calls where people dial in and listen in. Since the same call was scheduled for multiple times, some how this smart cookie thought it was a recording. After listening in a few minutes, guess what? The kid pops out of her and has the biggest urge to shout "Hello Hello 1 2 3" on the call. Distant from the fact that the call wasn't a recording but live, she was eager to let the calling out. I would say, the angels were watching her cause just when the "Hello Hello" was about to come out, the speaker asked if there were any questions and that the calls were unmuted. Gosh! the evil in me makes me wish that it would have been great if it would have had happen. The echo of those "Hello Hello" would have been lasted for ages. ha ha.. sure enough the echoes will be lasting in my head for a while.

Awakening of the mysterious mind

Humans often feel the need to fight for their presence and to prove their existence. Always striving for a quixotic self-image. Never to be satiated or comfortable with present. Not that it is wrong to be in this state. Nor does the above statement promotes unimaginative lifestyle. It has always been the disagreeance with the present that has led to the evolution of mankind. It is not only being comfortable with who you are that is important but what is also important is being comfortable with who others are. Of course, you will find many a times that these two comfort zones do not cross each other. It is at this point a person's perspective matters. Are they intrigued by a point of view different than their own or do they feel an urge to protect their own and stop the cognitive listening.

My belief is that the underlying definition of life in our subconscious mind governs all our point of views. The liquid definition of life gets structured in many ways by the social habitat we live in while growing up. If this statement alone was true then people in the same social habitat would agree on what life is. However, this doesn't seem to be true. My perspective is that it is the interpretation of the complex interaction of our mind with the social habitat we live in governs the definition of life.

Knowing that every person has a perspective and a thought chain then why do we still bridle at the variant definitions of life? We search for Nirvana, however, can we really attain it when we have this concrete structure of life in our minds, which grows with every blink? Isn't the true form is to have no form? Could we really start by accepting that there could exist multiple definition of life which are valid? Every person has a different perspective and hence, every person might have a different variation of the definition of life. Makes sense, ain't it? So lets start to listening cognitively to other's perspective and in the process awaken our minds.
