'cause the kid in us never dies

So, enough with the philosophical journey. It is time to take a break. Sometimes I wonder while growing up do we kill the child in ourselves? Or do we really? I think the child is always there and manages to escape for a brief moment just to bring a smile to our faces. No no, like i said I am not going to start another philosophical thought here. Just the things I heard from friends over the last few weeks that brought a smile to my face a tons of time.

So this friend of mine, we'll call her SB, was telling me about the call she was on. It was one of those company bridge calls where people dial in and listen in. Since the same call was scheduled for multiple times, some how this smart cookie thought it was a recording. After listening in a few minutes, guess what? The kid pops out of her and has the biggest urge to shout "Hello Hello 1 2 3" on the call. Distant from the fact that the call wasn't a recording but live, she was eager to let the calling out. I would say, the angels were watching her cause just when the "Hello Hello" was about to come out, the speaker asked if there were any questions and that the calls were unmuted. Gosh! the evil in me makes me wish that it would have been great if it would have had happen. The echo of those "Hello Hello" would have been lasted for ages. ha ha.. sure enough the echoes will be lasting in my head for a while.
